We follow ITIL and Microsoft Operations Framework guidelines for service delivery and can offer Service Level Agreements to customers which are sculpted to meet their requirements.

Services offered for Proof of Concept projects include requirement analysis, POC specification in terms of requirements and functionality. Based upon these specifications the POC is then implemented and tested with a sign off document delivering the required functionality. Normally the POC forms the foundation of a full implementation and is designed with this in mind.
